HMS Minerva reunions

7th-11th Feb 2008

Mike Crowe, of IOW Tours, organised an "RN Shipmates Reunion" at Mill Ryde Holiday Camp, Hayling Island. A number of ex Minervas attended. We had a great time and some photos are here. We plan to organise Minerva reunions around the country. Contact the webmaster to get yourself put on the mailing list to get details when they emerge. H.M.S MINERVA DETACHMENT REUNION

A reunion is being organised for the Royal Marine Detachment which was involved in the Anguilla escapade, I think the date was around 1968.

Lt J.W.F Robinson R.M was the O.C.R.M, if you can remember Brown Stew for breakfast, the Naval Landing party marching in step! And not forgetting the Marine that had problems with the swinging of the right arm with the left leg and visa versa. You are welcome to come, times and dates will be arranged later.
